The Regency Palace is the One and Only Hotel in the region to become a member of this Association Representing Jordan as the 35th country worldwide.
Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys), a name familiar to any international traveller accustomed to staying in the grand hotels of the world.
The aim of the Clefs d'Or Association is to help improve and maintain the quality of service provided by Concierge staff in their hotels and to ensure that this little appreciated profession is given the valued recognition it deserves.
The strategic position of the Clefs d'Or Concierge in a hotel which places him in the receiving end of all sorts of problems and communications, thus enabling him to play a predominant role in the Welcome and assistance of the hotel guests.
To become members of the Association, applicants must have five years' experience as Concierges in a hotel of good standing and be proposed and seconded by two active members of the Clefs d'Or. On line Concierge
